- Best defenseman for the first time in his career was Daniil Pylenkov (SKA), who posted 3 (1+2) points in last week’s three games. Pylenkov posted no negative ratings, ending the week with a plus-4 differential. The SKA blueliner also had eight shots on goal and recorded three hits.
- Best forward for the first time in his career was Brandon Yip (Kunlun Red Star), who scored 4 (4+0) points in four games last week. Yip scored in all of last week’s games, including two game-winners. The forward posted no negative ratings, ending the week with a plus-3 rating. He also recorded three hits and blocked one shot. Yip was the first Kunlun Red Star’s player to be awarded as the best forward of the week.
- Best rookie for the first time in his career was forward Stanislav Yarovoi (Vityaz), who scored 2 (1+1) points in three games last week. The forward had four shots on goal, and blocked two shots from the opposition. The latest Vityaz rookie to be awarded as the best in the week was Daniil Pylenkov in 2019-2020 13th week.
