As of Jan 9, fourteen Dinamo Riga players, one coach, and two representatives had positive Covid-19 PCR tests.
In an effort to contain the pandemic spread, the League decided to cancel the games #581 between Dinamo Riga and Dinamo Minsk, #614 between Metallurg and Dinamo Riga, and #591 between Avtomobilist and Dinamo Riga, scheduled for Jan 12, 15, and 17, respectively.
The League will follow with a final decision about the games later.
