The Kontinental Hockey League’s commission has determined the best players of the Regular Season’s fourth week in four categories.

Last week, the League’s teams played 32 games, with 563 players (41 goalies, 186 defensemen, and 336 forwards) taking part in the action. The scoring was at 4.22 goals per game.

— Best goalie for the fourth time in his career was Timur Bilyalov (Ak Bars), who won two games of three, including a SO win. Bilyalov faced 61 shots, or 20.3 per night, posting a 95.08% saves percentage and a goals-against average of 0.98.

— Best defenseman for second time in his career was Mikhail Pashnin (Metallurg), who won three games with his team last week. Pashnin scored 4 (0+4) points, posted no negative ratings, and ended the week with a plus-5 differential. He also recorded 12 hits. Pashnin was awarded Defenseman of the week honors for the first time in 2017-2018 21st week, when he was playing for CSKA.

— Best forward for the fourth time in his career was Anton Burdasov (SKA), who won two games from three with his team last week. The forward had 6 (4+2) points, posted no negative ratings, and ended the week with a plus-3 differential. In the game against Amur, Burdasov potted a double, and he also netted the OT game-winner in Saturday’s game against Dinamo Minsk. Moreover, he recorded five hits and blocked one shot. Earlier, Burdasov was awarded Forward of the week honors twice in 2018-2019 for Salavat Yulaev and once while representing SKA in 2015-2016.

— Best rookie for the first time in his career was goalie Alexei Kolosov (Dinamo Minsk), who won one from three games last week. Kolosov faced 103 shots, or 34.3 per night, posting a saves percentage of 91.26 and a goals-against average of 2.93. In the 5:0 win over Traktor, Kolosov posted his second career shutout. He’s the first Dinamo Minsk goalie ever to receive Rookie of the week honors.
