Ak Bars hosts Spartak seeking fifth in a row!

Ak Bars is at home hunting its fifth straight win and hosts Spartak coming off an OT win in Nizhnekamsk. In the second game of the day, a team will see its losing streak end as Neftekhimik welcomes Admiral.

The Kazan franchise is on a hot streak after defeating HC Sochi twice, Vityaz, and Admiral. Instead, the Red-and-Whites had an OT win in Nizhnekamsk with a marvelous game-winner by Maxim Tsyplakov that helped Spartak climb up to the fifth seed in the West.

Neftekhimik will seek revenge in this evening game against Admiral. Both teams are on a two-game losing streak, and it will be a hot game as both sides need points on their playoff hunt - especially Vladivostok.
