— Best defenseman for the seventh time in his career was Darren Dietz (Barys), who scored 3 (2+1) points in three games last week. The defenseman posted no negative ratings, and compiled a plus-1 differential. He also recorded five hits and blocked five shots. In the 6-3 win over CSKA, Dietz potted a double, including the game-winner.
— Best forward for the third time in his career Sergei Plotnikov (CSKA), who scored 7 (5+2) points last week. In the Moscow derby against Spartak, Plotnikov scored his first career hat-trick, and is in a three-game scoring streak, with five goals over that span. Plotnikov also recorded four hits and blocked three shots.
— Best rookie for the first time in his career was forward Dmitry Rashevsky (Dynamo Moscow), who scored 2 (2+0) points in two games last week. The 20-years-old forward had an average time on ice of 13 minutes and 07 seconds and potted a double against Admiral. After three weeks of play, Rashevsky is the League’s seventh scorer. Rashevsky is the first Blue-and-White player to be awarded Rookie of the Week honors since Alexander Petunin in 2017-2018.
