The schedule for the next KHL season will be unveiled after the competing teams are confirmed.
The league has completed work on several different schedules for the coming campaign, based on the total number of teams. Thanks to our partnership with SAP, much of the work on creating these timetables was automated. This greatly speeded up the process of generating the schedules and made it possible to generate alternatives to cover different eventualities.
The Board of Directors will start work next week on confirming the participating teams for the 2020/2021 season. When that meeting is finished, we will be able to finalize the fixture list for the coming campaign. Clubs and fans will have all the information before the end of July.
In addition, clubs will begin to submit all the necessary documents for the 2020/2021 season in mid-August. The KHL is fully prepared for its start date of Sep. 2.
