The Kontinental Hockey League’s commission has determined the best players of the fifteenth week of the Regular Season in four categories.

- best goalie was Evgeny Alikin (Amur), who won all three games last week (including one shutout and one OT win). In the game against Torpedo, the Amur goalie had his fourth shutout in the season. Alikin posted a saves percentage of 96.36% and a goals-against average of 1.12.

- best defenseman was Artyom Zub (SKA), who won two of three games last week with his team, scoring four goals. The St. Petersburg defenseman posted no negative ratings, ending the week plus-3. In the road match against Barys, Zub scored a hat trick – his first in the KHL.

- best forward was Vadim Shipachyov (SKA), who won two of three away games last week with his team, scoring 6 (2+4) points (best numbers of the week). The Blue-and-Whites forward posted no negative ratings, ending the week plus-2 and scoring points in each match. Shipachyov also posted the game-winning goal against Barys.

- best rookie was goalie Alexei Melnichuk (SKA), winning two road games – including one shutout against Sibir, the fourth in the current season for the 21-years-old netminder. Melnichuk posted a saves-percentage of 97.01% and a goals-against average of 1.01.
