The Kontinental Hockey League is to participate once again in the annual Licensing World Russia exhibition, which features the bearers of the rights to the most popular and successful Russian and foreign brands. The exhibition runs from the 27th of February to the 1st March, 2018, and his held at Crocus Expo, Moscow's famous inernational exhibition center.
This will be the first time since 2014 that the KHL will take part in the exhibition, and at a specially-designed stand the League will present and display many of its licensed products, including table-top hockey games, jewelry, wristwatches, game consoles, and even automotive chemical products.
Visitors to the League's stand will be among the first anywhere to get a glimpse of some brand new products, including a hockey-themed version of the classic board game, Monopoly, a hockey-themed wristwatch from the renowned Petrodvorets factory, Raketa, and a limited-edition PS4 console dedicated to the 10th-anniversary season of the KHL.
Among the events scheduled for the 28th of February is the session, "The Licensed Kitchen: Brands Without Borders – a newcomer's guide,” and this will feature a presentation given by Lev Nestiforov, head of the KHL Licensing Department, entitled "Licensing in hockey. New licensed programs," during which he will outline the main KHL product categories and discuss the various subtleties and nuances associated with the hockey brand audience. Mr. Nestiforov's talk will also cover the specifics of sports retail and new pathways toward the further development of the League's brand in the field of licensing.
KHL invites all consumer goods manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and indeed, everyone with any interest in this exciting field to visit the League's.stand, marked C38 at the exhibition.
Licensing World Russia 2018 takes place as part of the KIDS RUSSIA children's products exhibition, which can be found in Hall 7, Pavilion 2 at Crocus Expo.
