To mark the end of the nineteenth week of the tenth season of the Championship, the Kontinental Hockey League has named the best players of the week in four categories.
– Best goaltender was Andrei Kareyev (Salavat Yulaev), who helped the Ufa Men win three out of three road games. The 23-year-old Russian recorded one shutout, a save percentage of 96.52 and a goals against average of 1.30;
– Best defenseman was Grigory Panin (Salavat Yulaev). The 32-year-old Russian also appeared in all three road victories for the men from Bashkortostan, contributing 2 (1+1) points (which included the game-winning goal at Ugra) and 7 hits. Panin received a positive rating for all three outings, earning a +4 for the week;
– Best forward was Alexander Bergstrom (Sibir), who in three matches scored four goals (the biggest haul of any player in the League) and assisted on one more, helping the Novosibirsk team to claim three victories. The 31-year-old from Sweden fired off 15 shots, found the net in all three outings, struck a double against Neftekhimik, and earned no negative ratings, ending the week with a +4;
– Best rookie was 20-year-old Lada netminder Anton Krasotkin, who guarded the Togliatti net all through both his team's outings, celebrated a victory over Lokomotiv, and finished the week with a save percentage of 95.71 and a goals against average of 1.51.
