Avangard and Admiral agreed an exchange deal over the weekend. To Omsk goes 26-year-old forward Mikhail Fisenko, who won World U18 silver with Russia in 2008 and was part of the Calgary Hitmen side that captured the Western Hockey League championship in 2010. In return, the Vladivostok men welcome 21-year-old defenseman Ivan Mishchenko, 20-year-old forward Tigran Manukyan and financial compensation.
Avtomobolist has added experience to its defense with the signing of Stanislav Yegorshev on a two-year deal. The 29-year-old defenseman has featured in every KHL season in spells with Severstal, CSKA, and for the past two seasons, Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod.
HC Sochi has signed a two-year deal with defenseman Alexander Titov, following the expiry of the 25-year-old's contract with Metallurg Novokuznetsk.
Metallurg Magnitogorsk has agreed two-year deals with 21-year-old defenseman Nikita Bobryashov and 23-year-old forward Nikita Sirotkin, both free agents from the VHL. Sirotkin spent two seasons in the United States Hockey League, with the Green Bay Gamblers (2010-11) and the Sioux City Musketeers (2011-12).
Metallurg Novokuznetsk has given try-out deals to two 23-year-old forwards Alexei Baskov, previously with the Kiev Generals in Ukraine, and Maxim Veshutkin, formerly with Sokol in the VHL.
