The upcoming Fonbet KHL All-Star Game in the Belarusian capital will be the second in the country’s history. Minsk previously hosted the league’s top players in 2010, when Minsk Arena officially opened its doors as Belarus’ premier hockey venue. Seventeen years later, the arena will once again welcome the league’s stars, with the festivities scheduled for February 6-7, 2027.
The Fonbet KHL All-Star Game is more than just a showcase of the league’s best players and coaches: it’s a full-scale entertainment spectacle. Fans can look forward not only to the Skills Competition and the traditional mini-tournament, but also to an extensive entertainment program featuring partner activations, fan zones, and performances by popular music stars.
Alexei Morozov, KHL President:
– After 17 years, the Fonbet KHL All-Star Game is returning to Minsk. In recent years, the city and the whole country have fallen in love with hockey, and Belarus is now experiencing a true hockey boom. Dinamo Minsk has achieved the best result in the club’s history for two years in a row, reaching the second round of the Gagarin Cup playoffs. In the 2025-2026 season, the club sold out all 38 home games, attracting more than 15,000 people at each match. Belarusian fans, with their passion for hockey and vibrant support of the team, have earned such a major celebration as the Fonbet KHL All-Star Game. I would like to thank the leadership of Belarus and Dinamo Minsk for their interest in hosting the event and their desire to organize it at the highest level – we are waiting for all fans in Minsk in February 2027!
Artyom Karkotsky, Dinamo Minsk’s General Director:
— Minsk once hosted the KHL All-Star Game in the past. And we still remember that hockey celebration, which not only allowed us to see the brightest players of that time on one ice, but also served as the official presentation of the newly opened Minsk Arena.
Now, more than 15 years later, our arena, the show, the atmosphere, and the fan culture that has developed in Minsk have become a true brand known across the KHL landscape. Fans from other league clubs and even from the most remote parts of our country travel to us to experience this unique hockey atmosphere. I would like to thank the Kontinental Hockey League for giving us the opportunity to once again bring together the best of the best at home. In addition, Belarusian fans will for the first time be able to see the top young talents at the JHL Challenge Cup. I can confidently say that Minsk and Belarus are ready to become the home of the Fonbet All-Star Week and to host one of the brightest events of the year at the highest level!
