Best Players of the 2025-2026 twentieth week

The Kontinental Hockey League’s commission has determined the best players of the 2025-2026 Regular Season’s twentieth week in four categories.

The League’s teams played 31 games last week, with 517 players (41 goalies, 165 defensemen, and 311 forwards) taking part in the action. The scoring was at 5.19 goals per game.

- Best goalie for the seventh time in his career was Nikita Serebryakov (Avangard), who won two games from two last week. The Hawks’ goalie faced 58 shots, or 29 per game, posting a 98.28% saves percentage and a goals-against average of 0.51. In Avangard’s win against Traktor on Thursday (1:0), Serebryakov posted his third shutout of the season.

- Best defenseman for the first time in his career was Mitchell Miller (Ak Bars), who scored 4 (1+3) points in two games last week, with a plus-2 differential. He also blocked one shot, made one pass interception, and had two takeaways.

- Best forward for the first time in his career was Michael McLeod (Avangard), who scored 6 (3+3) points in three games last week, with a plus-4 rating. The Hakws’ forward potted consecutive game-winners in Avangard’s wins over Traktor on Thursday (1:0) and Dynamo Moscow on Sunday (4:1). McLeod also delivered one hit, blocked two shots, and had two takeaways.

- Best rookie for the third time in his career was 19-years-old defenseman Ivan Patrikhayev (CSKA), who scored 3 (1+2) point in three games last week, with a plus-3 rating. He potted the game-winning goal in CSKA’s win over Dynamo Moscow on Wednesday (4:2) He also delivered three hits and blocked three shots.
