Best Players of the 2025-2026 third week

The Kontinental Hockey League’s commission has determined the best players of the 2025-2026 Regular Season’s third week in four categories.

The League’s teams played 27 games in the second week, with 495 players (32 goalies, 163 defensemen, and 300 forwards) taking part in the action. The scoring was at 5.25 goals per game.

- Best goalie for the fourth time in his career was Daniil Isayev (Lokomotiv), who won three games from three last week. The Yaroslavl goalie faced 86 shots, or 28.3 per game, posting a save percentage of 96.51% and a goals-against average of 1.00. In the Monday game against Sochi (5:0), Isayev recorded his first shutout of the season.

- Best defenseman for the third time in his career was Semyon Chistyakov (Avangard), who scored 5 (3+2) points in three games last week, posting a plus-2 differential. Chistyakov netted game-winning goals in games against SKA (4:2) and Salavat Yulaev (5:2). He also made three hits, blocked three shots, made two pass interceptions and had one takeaway.

- Best forward for the first time in his career was Vitaly Pinchuk (Dinamo Minsk), who scored 4 (4+0) points in three games last week. In the Wednesday game against Torpedo (3:2), the Minsk forward potted his first KHL hat-trick, including the game-winning goal. Pinchuk also blocked one shot and made one pass interception.

- Best rookie for the second time in his career was forward Mikhail Fyodorov (Metallurg), who scored 2 (1+1) points in two games last week, posting a plus-2 differential. He also blocked one shot, made one pass interception, and had one takeaway.
