Vadim Shipachyov last appeared at the All-Star Weekend in 2020 in Moscow, while Gusev took part just last year in St. Petersburg. For both Gusev and Shipachyov, the All-Star Game in Novosibirsk will mark the sixth appearance at the event.
The first member of this team to be announced was first-timer Sam Anas (Dinamo Minsk), who won the fan vote among the heroes of this season’s Fonbet Overtime.

Stephane Da Costa, like Shipachyov, last participated in 2020, and this time, he has been selected by the fans for the first time.
Chernyshev Division

Reid Boucher, who was also selected by fans last year but couldn’t participate due to injury, will finally make his debut this season. Joshua Leivo will also debut, despite finishing third in the fan vote. From Sibir, only the top two vote-getters could advance, which meant Taylor Beck could not be selected.
On November 27, voting by media representatives will begin, followed by the league’s selections.
Advance ticket sales for the JHL Challenge Cup and the Fonbet KHL All-Star Game will open on November 28 at 11:00 AM (Moscow time) on the website www.allstarweek.com and will be available exclusively via the Faster Payments System (FPS).
