Best Players of the 2024-2025 twelfth week

The Kontinental Hockey League’s commission has determined the best players of the 2024-2025 Regular Season’s twelfth week in four categories.

The League’s teams played 29 games last week, with 538 players (46 goalies, 176 defensemen, and 316 forwards) taking part in the action. The scoring was at 5.45 goals per game.

- Best goalie for the second time in his career was Vladimir Galkin (Avtomobilist), who won one game from two last week, with his team losing another game after SO. The Yekaterinburg goalie faced 49 shots, or 24.5 per game, with a save percentage of 93.88% and a goals-against average of 1.39.

- Best defenseman for the first time in his career was Yegor Savikov (Spartak), who scored 6 (1+5) points in three games last week, with a plus-9 differential. He also made one hit, blocked three shots, made one pass interception, and netted the game-winner in Spartak Wednesday’s win over Amur (7:3).

- Best forward for the first time in his career was Ivan Morozov (Spartak), who scored 5 (3+2) points in three games last week, with a plus-7 differential. The Red-and-Whites’ forward also made one hit, made one pass interception, blocked one shot, and netted the OT game-winner in Spartak Friday’s win over Vityaz (5:4 OT).

- Best rookie for the second time in his career was goalie Pavel Moisevich (SKA), who won two games from two last week. The SKA goalie faced 71 shots, or 35.5 per game, with a save percentage of 94.37% and a goals-against average of 2.00.
