An intense KHL matchday this Tuesday!

Preview
Two games are to be featured in the Eastern Conference, starting with the Siberian derby between Sibir and Avangard – it will be the third edition of the showdown this season, with both sides claiming one victory. Then, Lada hosts Metallurg. The KHL newcomer has downed Magnitka twice this season, with the Magnitogorsk squad taking one game. Both teams are in good shape, especially Metallurg, and the game can go either way.

The action then moves to the West with another exciting showdown between Torpedo and Spartak. The Muscovites won all three contests against Nizhny Novgorod so far, and they will be looking for a fourth victory. Moreover, Ilya Kovalchuk is eyeing 400 league points.

Another interesting matchup sees Severstal hosting Traktor, while Dinamo Minsk welcomes Avtomobilist as the fight for the seventh and eighth seed in the conference heats up. The remaining two games are HC Sochi entertaining Admiral, and Kunlun Red Star seeking a return to victory in a home contest against Lokomotiv.
