Traktor, Admiral play revenge match

All the attention will once again be on Traktor and Admiral as the two sides clash again today following Wednesday’s showdown. Back then, the home side took away an OT win, with Maxim Shabanov netting the game-winner following tallies by Buddy Robinson and Nikita Tertyshny. Ruslan Ibatullin and Dmitry Buchelnikov scored for the Sailors. Today the stakes are equally high, with both teams needing points to propel their postseason qualification hopes – especially Admiral, who has an eleven-point gap from the playoffs line. Only one game is on tap today on a light KHL Friday.
