SKA looking for revenge over Sibir!

Preview
Sibir and SKA have already met this season. The St. Petersburg team was on a skid, and Sibir was more than happy to stretch it achieving a 2:1 win courtesy of a double by Taylor Beck and 43 saves by Anton Krasotkin. Sibir will try to achieve another win, but SKA is currently on a much better position than back there. To add a further layer of intrigue, both teams are now on winning streaks.

Then, Salavat Yulaev hosts Traktor in the teams’ first clash of the season. Traktor has recently returned to victory, while Ufa lost its previous couple of matches. In the last Eastern Conference game of the matchday, Neftekhimik hosts Amur as the Far East team is trying to end its skid with three straight losses.

The action then moves to the Western Conference, with two games. Lokomotiv hosts Avtomobilist seeking their first home win over the Motormen since Sep 11, 2017 (3:2). Then, Kunlun Red Star and Metallurg will face in Mytishchi as one team will end its losing streak, with both sides having accumulated two straight losses. Despite its recent streak, Magnitka is still leading the Eastern Conference table.
