Serebryakov faced 376 shots, or 37.6 per night, posting a saves percentage of 96.01% (best figures of the month) and a goals-against average of 1.50. Serebryakov is Admiral’s second goalie to be awarded best-of-month honors, following Anton Krasotkin in 2019 February.
- Best defenseman for the first time in his career was Nick Ebert (Avtomobilist), who scored 12 (5+7) points in 10 games. Only once did Ebert end a game with a negative rating, ending November with a plus-11 differential. The Avtomobilist blueliner also tallied two game-winners, recorded 1 hit, blocked seven shots, and had one takeaway.
- Best forward for the third time in his career was Nikita Gusev (SKA), who scored 19 (9+10) points in 12 games. Only once did Gusev end a game with a negative rating in November, ending the month with a plus-11 differential. The SKA forward also tallied one game-winner, recorded one hit, blocked three shots, and had four takeaways. Gusev was already awarded best-of-month honors in 2019 January and March.
- Best rookie for the first time in his career was Vadim Moroz (Dinamo Minsk), who scored 9 (3+6) points in 12 games. Moroz ended November with a plus-2 differential, recorded 10 hits, blocked eight shots, and had two takeaways. Moroz is the second Dinamo Minsk player to be awarded Rookie of the month honors, following Mikhail Stefanovich in 2011 February.
