In the KHL 2021-2022 season, the Imports project gives foreign hockey players the opportunity to try on unexpected characters and rethink stereotypes associated with Russian history and culture.

In the new issue of the Imports project, Amur’s goalie Patrick Bartosak will try his hand as a ballet dancer under the guidance of choreographer Sofia Gaidukova, the host of the program Grand Ballet on the Culture Russian TV channel.

But Russia is not only ballet; it is also excellent hockey, so in the second part of the issue, the goalie will stop “putting on a ballet” and return to more familiar practices.
