Due to the requirements of the public health authority for the Republic of Bashkortostan, Salavat Yulaev Hockey Club must place its entire roster in isolation for seven days.
This follows a lab-confirmed outbreak of group ‘A’ influenza infections within the club. The infected players have repeatedly been tested for coronavirus, using both PCR tests and antigen tests. According to these tests, not one player is infected with COVID-19.
In the light of this situation, the KHL decided to cancel game #319 between Salavat Yulaev and Traktor, which was due to take place in Ufa on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021. Further decisions about whether and when the game will be played will be announced in due course.
