Forward Georgy Belousov (1990) has departed Lada after four seasons and signed a two-year deal with Avtomobilist.

Defenseman Dmitry Vorobyov (1985), who also spent last season playing for the Togliatti team, has put his name to a one-year contract with Amur.

Lokomotiv continues to welcome back its Prodigal Sons. The Railwaymen paid financial compensation to Amur in order to bring back defenseman Nikolai Averin (1996), after he spent a year in the Far East, and has granted HC Sochi the rights to Slovak goaltender Adam Husk (1997), while forward Dmitry Lugin (1990) returns to Yaroslavl after half-a-season with the Black Sea club.

Also departing Sochi is defenseman Dmitry Semykin (2000), who moves to SKA in a trade which sees Petersburg defenseman Denis Alexandrov (1995) head south to sign on for HC Sochi.

Finally, Vityaz has recruited former Calgary Flames netminder Joni Ortio (1991). The Finnish international goalie has signed a one-year deal with the Moscow Region club.
