Svetlov leaves Lada
Lada has parted company with Sergei Svetlov who had been head coach since May of 2014. An announcement on the Togliatti club's official website expressed thanks to Mr, Svetlov for the work he performed, and said that 42-year-old Artis Abols has been appointed interim head coach.
The team currently occupies bottom place in the Eastern Conference standings, with two wins and seven points from ten games.
