Two more players have left North America to pursue their careers in the Kontinental Hockey League. Swedish goaltender Joacim Eriksson and Czech defenseman Tomas Kundratek have each signed a one-year contract with Dinamo Riga.

Eriksson, 25, made an appearance in the NHL for Vancouver in 2013-14, but spent last season in the AHL with Utica, recording a save percentage of 90.8 from 41 games. Kundratek, also 25, has played in 30 NHL games for Washington, but spent the 2014-15 campaign with the Hershey Bears of the AHL, finishing the season with 27 points (5+22) and a -2 from 57 outings.
