Players of the Week 21

To mark the end of the twenty-first week’s play of the seventh season of the Championship, The Kontinental Hockey League has named the best players of the week in four categories. 

– Best goaltender was Alexander Lazushin (Dynamo Moscow), with two shutouts in two games; 

– Best defenseman was Chris Lee (Metallurg Magnitogorsk), with 4 points (1+3), including a game-winning goal, from three appearances and a +2; 

– Best forward was Miks Indrasis (Dinamo Riga), with 3 goals and one assist in three outings; 

– Best rookie, for the second time this season, was 20-year-old Traktor goaltender Vasily Demchenko, who played in two games with a GAA 1.51 and a %Sv  9444.
