Players of the Week 10

To mark the end of the tenth week’s play of the seventh season of the Championship, The Kontinental Hockey League has named the best players of the week in four categories: 

– Best goaltender was Mikko Koskinen (Sibir), who kept the opposition off the scoreboard twice during the week; 

– Best defenseman was Clay Wilson (HC Sochi), with five assists in two outings and a +2; 

– Best forward was Maxim Pestushko (Dynamo Moscow), who in two games added 4 points (2+2) to his account; 

– Best rookie, for the second time this season, was 17-year-old Metallurg Novokuznetsk forward Kirill Kaprizov, with 2 points (1+1) from three appearances.
