Players of the Week 11: Sanford, Quint, Novotny & Zakharov

– Best goaltender was Curtis Sanford (Lokomotiv), who finished the week with two wins in two appearances, one shutout, a save percentage of 98.36 and a goals against average of 0.5;
– Best defenseman was Deron Quint (Spartak), who scored 2 goals in two games and finished the week at a +5;
– Best forward was Jiri Novotny (Lev), who took 6 points (3+3) from three outings and merited a +6 for the week;
– Best rookie was 19-year-old Donbass forward, Viktor Zakharov, who recorded 2 points (0+2) from two games and averaged 7 minutes 29 seconds of ice time.
