Kvasha earns automatic ban
Avangard forward Oleg Kvasha’s 10-minute misconduct penalty in the game against Dynamo Moscow was his third of the season, following similar transgressions against Ugra and Donbass. As the KHL Disciplinary Regulations state that a player receives a mandatory one-game ban on receipt of his third and each subsequent 10-minute misconduct penalty, Oleg Kvasha is disqualified from playing in tonight’s game in Omsk against Vityaz.
