Sibir ended a four-game losing streak with a 5-3 success at Lev Prague. After two evenly matched periods, the visitor took command in the last 10 minutes following Artyom Voroshilo's penalty shot on 50:37. That put Sibir 3-2 up, with Jonas Enlund and Alexei Kopeikin putting the issue beyond doubt. Lev gambled, withdrawing the goaltender with almost four minutes left to play, but Jakub Klepis' second goal of the game was not enough to save the home side.
