The KHL Disciplinary Committee has reviewed three games in the KHL Championship from Tuesday, 22nd of November.

In the Atlant vs. Vityaz game, Vityaz defenseman Alexei Troshchinsky was injured as a result of an attack by the hosts’ forward, Igor Musatov. The Disciplinary Committee decided to impose a major plus game misconduct penalty (5+20 minutes) on Musatov, for causing injury with an attack to the head, and to disqualify the player for three games.

In the 14th second of the same game, Vityaz forward Jon Mirasty was handed a major plus game misconduct penalty. Having studied the episode, the Disciplinary Committee decided to uphold the original punishment for being the aggressor in a brawl.

In the 55th minute of the Barys vs. Dinamo Minsk game a major plus game misconduct penalty was imposed on Barys forward Joshua Gratton. After studying the incident, the decision was made to uphold the referee’s original punishment.

Following scrutiny of an episode from the game between Spartak and Severstal in which Spartak forward Oleg Gubin was handed a minor penalty (2 minutes), it was decided to increase the player’s punishment to a minor plus misconduct penalty (2+10 minutes).
