The KHL has named the players who gave the best performances throughout the Gagarin Cup final series in three categories.
- The title of best goaltender is awarded to Petri Vehanen. The Finnish keeper played in all seven games, kept one clean sheet, and conceded an average of 1.7 goals per game. Vehanen saved 91.8% of shots on his goal.
- The title of best defenseman is awarded to Alexei Yemelin (pictured). In his seven games Yemelin scored four goals, supplied the decisive passes for four more, and merited an efficiency rating of +7.
- The title of best attacker is awarded to Dmitry Obukhov. In seven games of the final series he struck four goals, two of which were game-winners, and Obukhov’s rating for the series was +2.
