In the 28th minute of Thursday's match in Magnitogorsk between Metallurg and Lada Togliatti, home team forward Oskar Osala was given a minor plus misconduct penalty (2+10 minutes) for illegal use of the elbow. This was the player's third 10-minute penalty of the current season (Osala's first was on September 11 against Dynamo Moscow, and the second was on September 22 against Salavat Yulaev), and in accordance with the Disciplinary Regulations on repeat offending, he incurs an automatic fine and one-game suspension.

Oskar Osala is therefore disqualified from Saturday's match in Yekaterinburg against Avtomobilist.
