The victorious youngsters of the team which wins the West Group of the Gazprom Neft Cup, Europe’s biggest youth hockey tournament, will be flown from Minsk to the final in Omsk on a special charter plane provided the tournament’s new official partner, Yamal Airlines.

Yamal is one of the biggest airlines in Russia’s vast Western Siberia region. In 2013 the company won the coveted national aviation award, the Wings of Russia, in the category: Airline of the Year – best passenger carrier on Russia domestic routes, group II.

Yamal’s diverse fleet includes the Airbus A-320, Boeing- 737, CRJ-200LR, Challenger 850 and the L- 410, and in 2013 the airline purchased two new Airbus A-321 craft.
