League clarifies SKA no-goal

In the 36th minute of Thursday’s Lokomotiv versus SKA game, an apparent goal by the Petersburg side was referred to the video goal judge, who disallowed the goal according to Rule 471, Situation 2, which states, “If a player attempts to gain control of the puck using his skate or any part of his leg, and as a result the puck deflects off his skate or leg into the goal, no goal shall be awarded.”
