Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod beat Dinamo Minsk 3-1 in Sunday’s only game. The Tarasov Division rivals did battle beside the Volga, and it was the hosts who cut their rivals advantage at the top of that section.

Ilya Krikunov opened the scoring on 12:08 with Martin Thornberg doubling Torpedo’s advantage on 30:45. In the third period Daniel Korso gave Dinamo a lifeline on 41:04 - with help from the video referee after he forced the puck home in a scramble in front of Vitaly Koval’s goal - but Torpedo struck back through Alexei Ugarov to seal the points on 46:02.
