The Kontinental Hockey League is announcing the start of ticket sales for the KHL-NHL exhibition matches that will take place Oct. 4 and 6 in St. Petersburg and Riga.

The tickets will go on sale in three phases:
On Aug. 23, members of Dinamo Riga's official fan club (season ticket holders) will be able to purchase tickets to their team's match with the Phoenix Coyotes;
On Aug. 24, tickets for the SKA-Carolina match will go on sale on the site, and ticket sales will also start for residents of Latvia who want to attend the Dinamo-Phoenix match;
On Aug. 25, tickets to the Dinamo-Phoenix game will begin at Tickets for the SKA-Carolina match will also go on sale that day at the St. Petersburg Ice Palace's ticket offices.

The only official site authorized to sell tickets to matches between KHL and NHL teams in Russia and Latvia is the official site of the exhibition matches, Fans will be provided with a variety of options to pay for and receive their tickets. Residents of the Northern capital will be able to purchase tickets at the Ice Palace's ticket offices, as well as through the web site. Residents of Latvia will be able to buy tickets at Bilesuserviss ticket offices.

The price for tickets to the matches in St. Petersburg will start at 100 rubles, while tickets for the central zone will cost 2,000 rubles. Visitors to Arena Riga will pay 6 lats for the most democratically priced seats, while tickets for the "golden" sector will go for 59 lats.
