With the conclusion of the Eastern and Western conference finals, the KHL has named the best players of the round.
- The title of best goaltender is awarded to Petri Vehanen (Ak Bars, on left of picture). The Finn took part in all six games, conceded an average of 1.94 goals and saved 93.85% of the shots he faced.
- The title of best defenseman is awarded to Ilya Nikulin (Ak Bars, on right of picture). Nikulin also played in all six games and added three goals, including one game-winner, and an assist to his account, and also earned an efficiency rating of +2.
- The title of best attacker is awarded to Alexei Tsvetkov (HC MVD). In the seven games of the Western conference final series, he scored two goals, one of which was the game-winner, and made five assists. Tsvetkov’s rating for the series was +4.
There will be no award of ‘best rookie’ for the third round of the play-offs, as none of the three players eligible – Lokomotiv’s Alexander Lazushin, Yury Urychev and Daniil Sobchenko – spent the required amount of time in play during the series.
