With the end of week 16 of the championship, the KHL has named the players who were the best of the week in four categories.

- The title of best goaltender is awarded to Robert Esche (SKA, pictured). Robert featured in two games, both victories, kept one clean sheet, conceded an average of 0.5 goals, and saved 97.8% of the shots he faced.

- The title of best defenseman is awarded to Guntis Galvins (Dinamo Riga). In his two games he scored two goals, supplied the assists for two more goals, and achieved an efficiency rating of +5.

- The title of best attacker is awarded to Konstantin Panov (Dynamo Moscow). In two games the forward collected four points (3 goals, 1 assist).

- The title of best rookie is awarded to Konstantin Plaksin (Traktor). Konstantin played in two games, scored one goal, and his average playing time for the week was 19 minutes 18 seconds.
