On the completion of the 11th week of the KHL Championship, the League has named those it has judged the best players of the week in four categories.
— The title of best goaltender is awarded to Yury Klyuchnikov (Sibir). This week the goalie played two games, winning both (one of them with a clean sheet), conceding an average of just one goal per match and saving 96.43% of shots on his goal.
— The title of best defenseman is awarded to Sergei Zubov (SKA, pictured). In his account he has the highest performance rating of all defenders, a +6. In three games Zubov scored two goals (one of which was the game-winning goal) and made two assists.
— The title of best attacker is awarded to Albert Leshchev (CSKA). In four matches he collected 7 points (one goal, 6 assists), making him the highest point-scorer of the week, and achieved a rating of +6.
— The title of best rookie is awarded to Nikita Filatov (CSKA). In four matches the 19-year-old forward scored 4 goals (two of these proving decisive) and made two assists.
