Youngsters going for gold

Next month sees Russia host the fourth international Golden Puck tournament, bringing 14 top children’s teams to do battle in a highly competitive event. Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Slovakia and the CzechRepublic will send their top boys’ teams for a unique event. As well as a chance to improve their skills, the lads will also meet Soviet and Russian hockey legends.

The KHL is continuing its support of the Golden Puck tournament, along with Sportivnaya Rossiya, and will provide financial backing as well as prizes for the winners.
